How does a stroller ship?
Our Strollers generally ship DHL, but occasionally they will ship FEDex or UPS.
How do I know what color options there are for each stroller?
Each stroller will have the color choices in the description of the product. You will also find the options in a dropdown box for each product.
How does a Stroller sunshade ship?
Our stroller sunshades can ship priority or express. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Which Strollers & Stroller covers will you ship to Canada?
The stroller brands that can be shipped to Canada are InSTEP, which is not offered at all sites and Roadmate strollers. The Sasha's stroller covers can also be shipped to Canada.
Do I still get free shipping on all strollers if I live in Canada?
Because of the duties and customs fees, strollers shipped to Canada will not get free shipping.
How do I connect my stroller sunshade to my stroller?

Which Strollers are safe for my newborn baby?
All of our Roadmate strollers are great for newborns. You can also browse our newborn category for all available newborn strollers.

Turn-around time between placement of order and shipping?
All orders will be processed the same day unless the orders are sent in after FedEx cut off time (2:00 pm) usually, products are shipped within 1 working day after an order is placed. If not, we will contact you and let you know the current status of the order
Carrier(s) used for shipping SweetStroller.com strollers and sun covers?
We use Fed-Ex and UPS. Depends on which one offers a better rate. We want to save big bucks for our customers!
Warranty for Bebelove stroller?
1 year warranty on frames of Bebelove Strollers. There is no warranty for all wear-n-tear parts unless they come defective when a customer opens the box.
All defective products need to be claimed within 3 days upon receipt of the shipment. If customers claim defective products after 3 days, customers will be responsible for shipping charges of sending spare parts.
