Stroller and Sun Cover Shipping Details

Below is shipping, return and damaged good information for strollers and stroller covers. This information will help you know what you can expect from Sweet Strollers.com in the ordering and shipping process.

* Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
* During the shipping process you may receive several boxes if you order more than 1 item. This is due to the different warehouses we ship from.

Shipping:  

  • Baby Bling, Abiie, InStep & Bebelove Strollers:   Your will receive your products in the most timely and inexpensive way possible. All orders will be confirmed and shipped within 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground. An email will be sent to you once the order has been received and another once the order has shipped with the tracking number. You will be given the shipper used to track your order.

    • Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico
      We do not ship the Instep stroller brand to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.
    • International Shipping
      We do not ship the Instep stroller brand to International addresses.
    • APO/PO Boxes
      We do not ship the Instep stroller brand to APO or PO Boxes at this time.

  • Sasha's Sun Covers: Will be shipped within 3-5 Business days after order and payment is received.

    • Express Shipping: Sent  via Fedex 2 Day Air  arrives in 2 days if the order and payment was received by 2pm it will be sent out that day.
    • Canadian Shipping: Orders may take 14-20 business days due to costums and other delays with crossing into Canadian borders. Shipping will be calculated depending on the amount of your order.
    • International shipping: If you would like to order please send an email to orders@sweetstrollers.net with the product name, sku,  color choice as well as your contact information (including country, zip code if applicable, phone number, etc...). And we will respond with the shipping costs. You will then need to confirm you would like to purchase the item. 

      • International Shipping Options:
        USPS International Priority Mail - usuall takes 8-12 days from time of shipping 
        USPS International Express mail - 7-9 days from time of shipping  

Canadian Shipping

  • Shipping to Canada
    The following product brands can be shipped to Canada: Sasha's Sun Covers. Orders may take 2-3 weeks due to costums and other delays with crossing into Canadian borders. Strollers will not receive free shipping when sent to Canada. The duty and custom fees will be paid by customer once order has reached Canadian customs.

International Shipping

  • We do ship International however, you will need to email us at orders@sweetstrollers.com with the product name, sku  and color choice as well as your contact information and shipping address. We will then respond to you within 48 hrs with the shipping charges. And process your order once you confirm your agree with the shipping costs and any other required overseas fees. Please be aware that we currently only ship Sasha's Sun covers  internationally.

Refunds

  • All refunds will take 3-5 business days to show up on the card you purchased with. We can not speed up this process. When you make an order we will charge your card to be sure the payment goes through before the order is processed and shipped. We will issue the refund once we have received confirmation that you would not like any other stroller provided on our site. Damaged/ Return Items:

  • Abiie Strollers: Abiie BabyDeck Strollers warranty is valid only for products purchased and used in the US and used in compliance with Abiie usage and maintenance instructions.

Warranty period:
- Chassis: 1 year from date of purchase.
- Upholstery: 90 days from date of purchase.
- BabyDeck® diaper mat: 90 days from date of purchase.

During the warranty period, your Abiie BabyDeck product will be either repaired or replaced at the warrantor's discretion without charge if it is purchased from an authorized Abiie dealer and is found to be defective in workmanship or materials.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage due to carelessness, lack of maintenance, improper use, abuse, or neglect as determined by the Abiie service center. The customer is responsible for any inwards freight charge to return the product to the Abiie service center for warranty and/or service.

In order for the warranty to become effective,
   1) Proof of purchase is required. The start of this warranty period is based on the purchase date on your receipt. Save your carton and receipt in case return for warranty service is necessary.
   2) Your warranty registration must be on file when warranty service is requested. Registration can be done by emailing the following information to contactus@sweetstrollers.net.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, Abiie will service it free of charge even though the cost of shipping and handling are not covered. Otherwise, the consumer must pay all the expenses related to the service provided.

  • Baby Bling Strollers:  Non Returnable Items: Strollers systems opened, stroller systems with custom crystal packages & custom painted stroller systems.
  • The only exchangable items is the standard strollers in original packaging unopened. Returnable Items include any accessory item that is still in its original packaging and unopened can be returned for a full refund Non Returnable Items: Strollers systems opened, stroller systems with custom crystal packages & custom painted stroller systems.

    Items Include: 

    • LED Lighting kit

    • DVD platform

    • I-Pod speaker system

    • GPS

    • Bottle/Liquid Holster

    • Battery Tender

    • Sealed Battery

    • Wiring Harness 

  • InStep Strollers: Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns/exchanges. If a return does not have a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package, it will be refused. Please click on “Contact Us” on the top menu bar and fill out the E-Mail form to request a Return Authorization.
    • All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc.
    • All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping.
    • We do not issue return shipping labels.
    • Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
    • Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.  Products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
  • Sun Protection & Inserts:  Items may be returned that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee (shipping costs will not be refunded) . If there is any problem with the construction of the product, you may return an opened, unused item for full credit. Full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise and confirmation that damage was in fact resulting from a manufacturing defect. We stand behind our products. We rarely have a manufacturing defect, but if that happens we will always exchange these items immediately. If you  no longer want the product, we will credit you back in full.
  • Tivoli Couture Liners: Can are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, if the item is unused and sellable condition.  Please contact us if you need to return an item or its damaged.

  • Bebelove Stroller: Any defective product MUST be reported within three days upon receipt of it. Once a defective is reported, we will try to solve the issue by sending out replacement parts. If the issue is not replaceable, we will issue a call tag and ship out a new one. If defective products are reported after three days upon receipt, we will charge shipping and replacement parts. Below is the price chart. Shipping is included.

    Any man-cause damages to the products will not be accepted. All returned products will be inspected by our inspectors to determine that returned goods are really defective upon arrival. 3. We will only accept Never Been Used and NEW products being returned back to us. If a returned good has been used or is dirty, the good will be returned back to the buyer on his/her expense and we will charge $25.00 on your account.     Please contact Sweet Strollers for any returns or exchanges at contactus@sweetstrollers.net.  For all returns, Sweet Strollers.com must be notified by E-Mail, and has the right to refuse any return for abuse or improper assembly.  Once notified, Baby Bling Design Co. will E-Mail  for a RA number to return the product back to us at customer's expense to evaluate before credit can be issued.  If for any reason we feel, there is a defect in the product we will exchange the product out and ship a new travel system back at our expense.
