This information will help you know what you can expect from Sweet Strollers.com in the ordering and shipping process. Baby Bling, Abiie, & Bebelove Strollers: Your will receive your products in the most timely and inexpensive way possible. All orders will be confirmed and shipped within 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground. An email will be sent to you once the order has been received and another once the order has shipped with the tracking number. You will be given the shipper used to track your order.

Damaged/ Return Items: Abiie Strollers: Abiie BabyDeck Strollers warranty is valid only for products purchased and used in the US and used in compliance with Abiie usage and maintenance instructions.Warranty period: During the warranty period, your Abiie BabyDeck product will be either repaired or replaced at the warrantor's discretion without charge if it is purchased from an authorized Abiie dealer and is found to be defective in workmanship or materials. In order for the warranty to become effective,
Warranty claims must be made to Sweet Strollers Customer Service. If your product has a manufacturing defect, Abiie will service it free of charge even though the cost of shipping and handling are not covered. Otherwise, the consumer must pay all the expenses related to the service provided. Baby Bling Strollers: Non Returnable Items: Strollers systems opened, stroller systems with custom crystal packages & custom painted stroller systems. The only exchangable items is the standard strollers in original packaging unopened. Returnable Items include any accessory item that is still in its original packaging and unopened can be returned for a full refund Non Returnable Items: Strollers systems opened, stroller systems with custom crystal packages & custom painted stroller systems. Items Include: - LED Lighting kit - DVD platform - iPod speaker system - GPS - Bottle/Liquid Holster - Battery Tender - Sealed Battery - Wiring Harness Once notified by email, Baby Bling Design Co. will E-Mail for a RA number to return the product back to us at customer's expense to evaluate before credit can be issued. If for any reason we feel, there is a defect in the product we will exchange the product out and ship a new travel system back at our expense. InStep Strollers: Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns/exchanges. If a return does not have a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package, it will be refused. Please click on “Contact Us” on the top menu bar and fill out the E-Mail form to request a Return Authorization.
Sun Protection & Inserts: Items may be returned that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee (shipping costs will not be refunded) . If there is any problem with the construction of the product, you may return an opened, unused item for full credit. Full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise and confirmation that damage was in fact resulting from a manufacturing defect. We stand behind our products. We rarely have a manufacturing defect, but if that happens we will always exchange these items immediately. If you no longer want the product, we will credit you back in full. Tivoli Couture Liners: Can are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, if the item is unused and sellable condition. Please contact us if you need to return an item or its damaged. Bebelove Stroller: Any defective product MUST be reported within three days upon receipt of it. Once a defective is reported, we will try to solve the issue by sending out replacement parts. If the issue is not replaceable, we will issue a call tag and ship out a new one. If defective products are reported after three days upon receipt, we will charge shipping and replacement parts. Below is the price chart. Shipping is included.
Any man-cause damages to the products will not be accepted. All returned products will be inspected by our inspectors to determine that returned goods are really defective upon arrival. We will only accept Never Been Used and NEW products being returned back to us. If a returned good has been used or is dirty, the good will be returned back to the buyer on his/her expense and we will charge $25.00 on your account. For all returns, Sweet Strollers.com must be notified by E-Mail, and has the right to refuse any return for abuse or improper assembly. |
